RevKitchen deploys proven virtual restaurant brands into underused kitchens. You keep your core business. We build, market, and operate the brands. You cook, and we split 70/30.
The average independent restaurant runs at 40% of kitchen capacity outside peak hours. A second brand running on your existing line — same staff, same equipment, same rent — can add 15-30% to monthly revenue without touching your core business.

We build and operate the brand. You cook the orders. Our incentives are locked together — we only earn a dollar if you earn a dollar, so we show up with the work already done: brand, menu, photography, marketing, and marketplace setup.

We pick 1–3 brands based on your ingredients, prep, ticket time, and unmet demand in your zip.
Marketplace setup, menus, photography, POS integration, paid marketing — all handled by us.
Orders print to your line. Marketplaces settle with us Fridays; your 70% is ACH’d two business days later. Line-item transparent.

Apply in 2 minutesNonna's is doing what we couldn't on our own — pulling in lunch orders our original menu never would. The best part? We didn't change a single thing about how our kitchen runs.
Ghost kitchens failed because they tried to replace restaurants. Chain virtual brands failed because they tried to centralize production. RevKitchen works because it uses the one thing the industry already has too much of — underused independent kitchens — and gives those operators a second brand to run without changing anything else.
We design the brand, write the menus, photograph the food, run the marketing, and handle every third-party integration. The operator cooks and earns. That's the whole deal.
Every RevKitchen brand ships with a "14-ingredient promise" — the entire menu runs on 14 or fewer ingredients that any pizzeria or Mexican spot already stocks. We plug into your existing POS and tablets — no new hardware, no new fryers, no new walk-ins, no renovation.
Marketplaces (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub) settle with us every Friday for the prior week's sales. Two business days after we receive the settlement, we ACH your 70% share — typically Tuesday. No hidden fees, no marketing spend passed through. Every line item is visible in your partner dashboard.
Yes — most of our partners run 2-3 RevKitchen brands simultaneously. Each brand has its own marketplace listing, its own marketing, and its own menu. Orders print to a shared order-screen (or your existing POS) so your line isn't juggling interfaces. Your core menu stays untouched.
90-day initial term, then renews per the Partner Agreement. If a brand isn't earning for you, we'd rather swap it than force it. Exact termination, pause, and renewal rights — including notice periods — are spelled out in the Partner Agreement you'll sign inside your partner dashboard.
Franchising makes the operator pay you for the privilege of taking risk. That's the wrong direction. RevKitchen puts capital, brand work, and marketing at risk on our side — and only makes money if the brand earns for the operator. Our incentives are aligned from day one.
No. Your flagship menu on DoorDash, Grubhub, and your dine-in operation are completely separate. RevKitchen brands are new listings on the delivery platforms, invisible to your existing customer base unless you choose to cross-promote.
We review every application inside 48 hours. No franchise fee, no capex, no obligation.
