About

We're building the platform for virtual restaurant brands.

Ghost kitchens failed because they tried to replace restaurants. Chain virtual brands failed because they tried to centralize production. RevKitchen works because it uses the one thing the industry already has too much of — underused independent kitchens — and gives those operators a second brand to run without changing anything else.

We design the brand, write the menus, photograph the food, run the marketing, and handle every third-party integration. The operator cooks and earns. That's the whole deal.

Questions, answered.

What equipment do I need? +

Every RevKitchen brand ships with a "14-ingredient promise" — the entire menu runs on 14 or fewer ingredients that any pizzeria or Mexican spot already stocks. We plug into your existing POS and tablets — no new hardware, no new fryers, no new walk-ins, no renovation.

How do payouts work? +

Marketplaces (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub) settle with us every Friday for the prior week's sales. Two business days after we receive the settlement, we ACH your 70% share — typically Tuesday. No hidden fees, no marketing spend passed through. Every line item is visible in your partner dashboard.

Can I run multiple brands? +

Yes — most of our partners run 2-3 RevKitchen brands simultaneously. Each brand has its own marketplace listing, its own marketing, and its own menu. Orders print to a shared order-screen (or your existing POS) so your line isn't juggling interfaces. Your core menu stays untouched.

What's the commitment? +

90-day initial term, then renews per the Partner Agreement. If a brand isn't earning for you, we'd rather swap it than force it. Exact termination, pause, and renewal rights — including notice periods — are spelled out in the Partner Agreement you'll sign inside your partner dashboard.

Why not franchise the brand directly? +

Franchising makes the operator pay you for the privilege of taking risk. That's the wrong direction. RevKitchen puts capital, brand work, and marketing at risk on our side — and only makes money if the brand earns for the operator. Our incentives are aligned from day one.

Is my original menu affected? +

No. Your flagship menu on DoorDash, Grubhub, and your dine-in operation are completely separate. RevKitchen brands are new listings on the delivery platforms, invisible to your existing customer base unless you choose to cross-promote.
